Argument for elevation

Allow wildcards in tool names

Allow wildcards in tool names,   e.g. "sysi.exe disk.*" would download all files with 'disk' in the name     (Might need to turn 'disk.*" into a regular expression such as ".+disk.+..*" !!?)

Use the modified date to decide whether or not to re-download a file
